Bruce Bennett is the principal of Benett Law P.C.  He graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point and went on to obtain graduate degrees in both business and law.  After a decade of working in corporate America, including a Fortune 500 company, he began his career as a lawyer in 1994.  An 18-year law practice in the U.S. Virgin Islands included both litigation and transactional work.  Bruce's trial work was on the civil as well as criminal sides of the court before both bench and jury.  He successfully represented both individuals and multinational corporations in high value litigation concerning motor vehicle accidents, simple and industrial product liability, premises liability and business litigation.  His work within the insurance industry provides an advantageous perspective in litigation.  Throughout both his corporate and legal experience, Mr. Bennett has successfully resolved high exposure cases of environmental contamination.  Bennett Law P.C. was established to concentrate this wealth of knowledge, experience and success to focus on the serious needs of a limited clientele.
